Copyright T&C
• Copyright remains with Rebecca Finch Photography.
Under law, it is the photographer that will retain the copyright, if the photographer has been paid for his work, the payment will be for the photographer’s time and typically an allocated number of prints. The copyright to the photos will remain with the photographer, and therefore any reproduction without permission would be an infringement of copyright
• All images and ideas are protected by the United Kingdom Design and Patent Act 1988 and International Copyright Laws.
• Customers may only reproduce images given to them on Disc in the form of prints/canvas
• With the introduction of My Space and Facebook, photographs can be posted but please be courteous and inform whoever may be looking at the photographs that they have been taken by Rebecca Finch Photography. A copy of all images will be provided with a watermark, so that images can be posted on social networking sites.
• Under no circumstances are photographs to be used on any other website apart from www.rebeccafinchphotography.co.uk, or to be sold on without written permission from Rebecca Finch.
Wedding T&C
• Details need to be checked with the Church as to the use of flash photography. The use of flash photography during the service will be needed due to the size of the establishment and the usual lack of light. If flash is not allowed, it is still possible for me to take photographs but there is not guarantee that they will be of perfect image quality ( with or without flash).
• Travel is not included in any of the packages and will be charged at 50p per mile.
• A £200 non-refundable deposit is to be paid on agreement of booking and the balance to be settled before dispatch of the CD/DVD.
• Rebecca Finch Photography does not take any responsibility for guests who are not paying attention or not looking at the camera on group shots.
·I don’t have any jurisdiction within the Church/ Registry Office/ Venue. If whoever is performing the ceremony doesn’t want me to take photos, then unfortunately I cant take any pictures.
Portrait/Location Photoshoots Terms and Conditions (additions to Terms and Conditions above)
·It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm photoshoot booking 1 week before the agreed date, especially if details of location/address/time haven’t yet been decided on. If no contact has been made your booking will NOT be guaranteed. It is up to the Customer to provide address details; I will not do any chasing.
·If Children are misbehaving, another photoshoot can be arranged but you will be billed for ALL my time.
·I do not charge a cancellation fee, so please be courteous and inform me a week before the shoot if you need to cancel or make other arrangements.
·I have the right to cancel the photo shoot at any time.
T&C CDs and Prints
• Discs will be ready within 3-8 weeks depending on work load.
Other information you need to be aware of
·Photographs will be used to showcase work on website, in advertising, such as leaflets and business cards, competitions and magazines. The Bride/ Groom are giving permission on behalf of all their guests for photographs to be used on the website and in any advertising etc.
·I will require the following contact information- Address, landline phone number, mobile number and email address.
·I am based in Preston and the local surrounding areas within a radius of 15 miles.
·Rebecca Finch Photography does not take any responsibility for any problems encountered with the Postal Service
